My Favorite Roller Coaster: Steel Vengeance at Cedar Point
A lot of you know that I have this crazy obsession with roller coasters, having been on close to 200 different roller coasters around the country.
Quite often people ask me what my favorite roller coaster is. Well, it’s (without a doubt) Steel Vengeance located at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Here are some stats:
- Ride Length: 5,740 ft.
- Ride Height: 205 ft.
- Drop Height: 200 ft.
- Vertical Drop Angle: 90°
- Speed: 74 mph
- Inversions: 4
Why do I like this roller coaster? I’ve ridden a lot of roller coasters in my day… never have I ever been in complete shock after riding one. My friends that were with me can attest to the fact that I was in complete awe before, during and after riding this ride.
You’d think that the excitement would have worn off as I rode it a third and fourth time… but it did not. This is the best roller coaster on the planet, I don’t need to ride every coaster in the world to know that.
I won’t even waste your time trying to explain what this coaster did to me, all I can say is that you need to take the trip to Cedar Point and ride this. You will not regret a second of this action packed ride, especially if you ride it at night. You have no idea what you’re in for…
