My Pricing
Each situation is unique, so I can’t offer you an exact amount without further details, but I can give you a basic price-range for 2023 speaking engagements:
- Virtual Speech = $7,000 – $9,000
- Keynote Speech or Breakout Session = $10,000 – $12,000
- Half-Day Seminar or Workshops = $13,000 – $15,000
- Full-Day Seminar or Workshops = $16,000+
NOTE: These prices do NOT include the cost of lodging, transportation and meals.
Discount Options
I would consider offering the lower of the rates above or a discounted rate for the following reasons:
- I do more than one talk or program per event
- I am asked to do multiple events for the same client or company
- Possibly for a trade of goods or services
- If you are a non-profit
- The audience or organization is a small one
Free Speaking Opportunities?
There might be the rare occasion where I would be willing to speak for free.
(*Lodging, transportation and meals would still need to be covered, but my speaking fee would be waived.)
It would depend on at least some of the following criteria:
- No other speaker is getting paid
- The location is a fun, interesting, or an exotic place I want to go anyway
- If I had the availability
- It is for a charity I really resonate with
