My full name is Kyrus Keenan Westcott. I’m a content creator and mental health advocate with a community of close to three million people, and a digital marketing strategist with two decades in the industry. I’ve had the honor of speaking at events ranging from the White House Creator Economy Summit to Neurodiversion 2026, and I was named one of JCI USA’s Ten Outstanding Young Americans in 2023. But when I’m holding the microphone, you can just call me Ky.
My goal on stage is simple: bring a sense of levity to conversations about mental health, adult ADHD, and corporate burnout. We deal with heavy topics, but we don’t have to be dragged down by them. I blend humor, real empathy, and solid science to make these conversations approachable for everyone in the room.
Why bring me to your event
I don’t just talk about productivity, I live in the trenches with your audience. I balance two full-time roles: a Senior Paid Media Strategist with over 20 years of experience, and a full-time content creator. I know exactly what it feels like to face a massive deadline while your neurodivergent brain refuses to cooperate. It’s like assembling furniture without the instructions, and half the screws are mysteriously missing. It’s exhausting, and I get it.
When I speak to busy professionals, corporate teams, or overwhelmed parents, I bring real talk to the stage. We leave toxic positivity at the door. I will never tell your audience to just “think happy thoughts.” Instead, we validate the real struggle. Executive dysfunction and mental fatigue are rooted in biology and brain chemistry, not laziness.
But we don’t stop there. A big part of my message is personal accountability. We own our actions, give ourselves grace, and actively look for the right tools, therapy, medication, realistic routines, to function in a world that wasn’t built for our brains.
