Hey Vibers!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Avy for an episode of the AvyHD Podcast, and we got into the deep stuff. The episode is titled “Seeing the Invisible: Entrepreneurship and Creativity with ADHD,” and honestly? It’s one of my favorite conversations I’ve had in a long time.

We didn’t just talk about the “quirks” of ADHD. We talked about the reality of it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re working twice as hard to achieve half as much, or if you’ve ever felt like your brain is seeing five steps ahead while everyone else is still on step one, this episode is for you.

In this episode, we cover:

  • The Invisible Labor: We talk about the 90% of work behind content creation and entrepreneurship that nobody sees—the research, the emotional processing, and the “analysis paralysis” that happens before I even hit record.
  • The Myth of Motivation: I get real about why relying on motivation is a trap. It’s not about waiting to feel like doing it; it’s about building systems that work with your brain, not against it.
  • Grace as a Strategy: We discuss why giving yourself grace isn’t just a “soft skill.” It is a legitimate business strategy. If you beat yourself up every time you miss a box on your checklist, you’re just slowing yourself down.
  • The Hunter vs. Gatherer Mindset: We explore the idea that our brains aren’t broken; they are just wired like “Hunters” in a world built for “Gatherers”.

I also opened up about my big goal for 2026: Delegation. As much as I love doing it all, I realized I can’t keep white-knuckling my way through every task (like podcast editing!) if I want to avoid burnout.

Check out the full conversation below. I think you’re going to find a lot of “wait, is it just me?” moments in this one.
